Our automated processes enables Importers and exporters to clear cargo, pay the related cargo charges, book transport online at their convenience, round the clock – 365 days a year.
Customer service is also about planning and anticipating the future needs of our customers, meeting their needs today and also capitalising on future service opportunities. DP World has done this in the past with our development of tandem cranes and by adopting new technologies such as Radio Frequency Identification Device (RFID).
