DP World’s third cruise terminal, Hamdan bin Mohammed Cruise Terminal at Mina Rashid in Dubai was inaugurated in 2015. It is the world’s largest single, covered cruise facility capable of handling 14,000 cruise passengers a day.
The on-going expansion plans will enable Mina Rashid to include a world class recreational area to reflect Dubai’s strong cultural heritage, further strengthening Dubai’s position as the leading regional cruise hub and integrating the Mina Rashid waterfront back into the local community.
The highly popular sea-borne passenger connections between Dubai and port cities across the Gulf are handled at Mina Rashid Ferry Terminal.
Mina Rashid Ferry Terminal is located adjacent to the Mina Rashid Cruise Terminal in the heart of Dubai. Ferry ships are berthed at the Coastal Berth area.
Mina Rashid Ferry Terminal is equipped with up-to-date facilities to efficiently manage passenger arrivals and departures, including luggage belts, arrival and departure gates. The terminal also works closely with relevant authorities such as Dubai Police, General Directorate Dubai Residency and Foreign Affairs and Dubai Customs to smoothly handle the necessary inspections and other formalities. The terminal currently handles over 20,000 passengers annually.
Our ferry services complement DP World’s ongoing plans to expand Mina Rashid’s capacity to cater for the growing demand of cruise tourism in the region.
